Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is on the way.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags on, please).

1. Email us at Purified.llc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you a return label (U.S. orders only).

3. Ship it back. Once received, we’ll issue your refund or send your new item.
